Last night I was watching Opera (My wife was watching but what came on I had to listen too) and doctor OZ was on there and I heard some amazing tips. The first tip was on fiber he said that a healthy fiber diet should include 35 milligrams of fiber for men and 25 milligrams of fiber for women.
He continued to say that not only will a good fiber diet keep you regular but it will help to remove other toxins in the body. He said that as we all know you stomach secretes bile to help digest food and it is absorbed by the intestinal wall and is one of the leading causes of high cholesterol!! So by eating more fiber it speeds up the bowls and gives the intestine less of a chance of absorbing all the bile therefore lowering our cholesterol! That’s why the older you get the more doctors tell you to increase the amount of fiber in your diet! But first there is something that you will need to know before you take this sudden increase of fiber in your diet. It is going to leave you bloated because of the increase the activity in your bowls. Over the next two weeks I am going to put this diet to the test. Ok, so far it has been two weeks since I started the fiber diet. I only had one bad day that I kinda cheated but I lost 5 pounds in two week. It is not exactly a rapid weight loss solution but I am going to for sure include it in my regular diet I am sure it will help with my weight loss diet.
The next tip that he suggested was to increase our calcium intake. Doctor Oz said that the normal daily recommenced intake is 1200 milligrams. He said that the calcium bonds will fat inside every ones body and Carry’s it on throught you digestive track. After a couple days you will notice that your poop will begin to float that’s the fat your body is getting rid of because oily fat floats in water! I have already tried this one out and it is true it really works. It will remove over 6 pounds of fat in your body a year it does not sound like much but I do not know about you but I don not want to gain even 1 more pound today. This is not really a way to lose mass amounts of weight today but it will keep your body cleaner and help to not gain any more unwanted fat. Now like the fiber diet there is one thing you need to know before you go on. As you intake 1200 milligrams of calcium it will start to constipate you so will that 1200 milligrams of calcium take 800 milligrams of magnesium this will keep you regular.
