from all corners how does he or she sort out the wheat from the chaff!!
This article shows you how to avoid the misinformation and myths that could
inhibit your progress to stomach fat.
many novice dieters, desperate to be
losing stomach fat find themselves lured into a false sense of security
as they think that they are acting in the best way losing stomach fat.
when in reality they are not.
Some of the most common stomach fat. myths are listed as follows:
Ok lets
start with what i consider myth number (1) Eating Less Food Makes It Easier
and quicker to lose weight because our body’s metabolism slows down on a
proportionate basis. This is starving your body of vitamins and nourishment
it is unhealthy and dangerous a direct result being listless and tired. With a
suitable diet you will achieve the opposite while feeling great and stomach
fat at the same time
Eating foods with zero calories will make you stomach fat.
This is another myth there is no such thing as foods with zero calories if
there was it would not be a food!! but it is true some foods can have very low
calories such as fruit and vegetables. If you was to go on a diet of fruit and
vegetables (yes i know there are dozens of fruits and vegetables) it still would
be a very limited diet, and because of this i doubt even with the best of will power
you would succeed in stay with it for only a short period before giving in
through sheer boredom and a craving for other foods and falling completely
of the wagon.
Whats the truth about Carbs are they all bad for you.
This is total nonsense. The truth of the matter is that carbohydrates are the
natural energy source of the body and so without it, our body will not have
sufficient fuel in its reserves in order to actually carry out the essential chemical
reactions that take place in the body.
However, it is important to
appreciate that there are two types of carbohydrates and these are complex,
and simple. Simple carbohydrates are commonly found in refined sugar based
products and junk food of all shapes and sizes. Complex carbohydrates
are found in wholemeal bread, wholegrain cereals, green vegetables such as
spinach and leek. Simple carbs are the sort you want to limit your intake of.
Its best to eat low fat food
Another no no I get hundreds of letters every week on this topic alone from dieters who are convinced that eating low fat products are healthier and will help them lose weight Most low fat foods have had the fat removed that’s ok but with fat removal they lose most of the flavour so in goes salt, sugar and other unhealthy ingredients. Its best therefore to check the back of the product or you may struggle with http://www.tmabco.com/Health–and–Fitness-.php“> losing stomach fat!
