Having a goal means you have something to set your scope on. And by giving your fat loss program purpose you will be more likely to realize your desired weight.
Don’t fall prey to giving yourself goals that are out of your reach. Unachievable targets mean you might not hit them early on and you will probably give in before you have given the diet a chance.
Longer term targets are fine but targets for the near future are essential as well. These will be concerned with small bits of weight you desire to lose as you go along.
Mini wins as part of the longer target combine to push you forward in the correct direction. By weighing yourself every day the daily fluctuations may show that your weight hasn’t changed. Worse than that because of fluctuations it may even appear to have gone up.
Do not hit the scales for 14 days and strictly follow your diet program and you will get what you want. If you do this you will see a change and it will not be as disheartening as seeing you are the same weight.
