The problem is that this isn’t as simple as it may sound. The variety of different pieces of gym equipment is absolutley staggering. Using equipment should be straight forward, but usually it’s just confusing.

We’ll discover the purpose behind some of the common gym equipment. The assisted squat machine will be our first piece of equipment. There’s loads of different moves you can perform on this one. The obvious one is squats. However bench presses and shoulder presses can be performed too.

It’s a great machine. Especially if you don’t have a trainer partner with you. Kettler Kadett  Ok here’s another great little machine. It’s known as the tricep pushdown machine.

This machine is one you sit in and press your hands down on. It’s a great way to work your triceps to their fullest.

You’ll find doing bench presses becomes easier after using this for a while. This next one is a realy cool one. It’s known as the back extention unit.

This one you sit on and then extend your back backwards. It works the muscles of your lower back and core really well. Make sure you go careful and take things at a good pace.

Now we have something called a Glut Hamstring raise unit or GHR unit for short. You’re strength will fly through the roof by using a GHR machine. Be aware though that this is a pretty tricky exercise.

Get a coach or personal trainer to show you how to use properly. The trusty old chin up bar now. My real favourite. Kettler Kadett Do you want to be really fit? Then using this is essential.

It is very hard to do though. It requires a lot of strength. When you get really strong you can add some more weight too. Ok so there’s my top tricky equipment run down for you. Kettler Kadett Rower Could you use them? I bet it’s easier than you think.
