Continue to eat - You won’t need to give up food so don’t worry. Going on a crash diet or a fast is not what you should be doing to get thin. Your body needs all the fuel it can get to perform properly. Your organs need vitamins and minerals to function properly. And you don’t even have to give up for favorite foods. The secret is that you need to eat less. Losing weight in the long run will happen easier if you do this and the fat build-up won’t be as much.
