Abdominal Fat Exercise
It always amazes me how some of these companies will tell us that the best abdominal exercises we can do are crunches and sit-ups. There is a big misconception going on that says that you need to do various ab routines in order to see a six pack. But when you think about it, this thinking is kind of funny because you can literally do 1000 sit-ups a day.If you have excess fat in your stomach region you will never see your abs. Well how can you get washboard abs? Most importantly, you need to start looking at your eating habits. You have to follow this simple process in order to lose weight, but just because it is simple doesn’t mean it is easy. You need to balance out how many carbs, vegetables, fruits, fats, and protein you intake in a particular day. If you wanted to you could try one of these “fad” diets and lose weight for the sunny season or you can be in fabulous shape for the rest of your life. I read that some of the contestants on the Biggest Loser tv show have gained back all there weight. Its not a big shock though because the type of training and nutrition they had on the show. I find it amazing when people change there thinking, and become committed to losing weight. That is why I thought it was cool that these people actually went out there and did something with themselves. If only they had the proper education on how to truly lose weight permanently.
To lose your excess body fat you will want a good workout regimen full of cardio. There is also a common misconception with this too, some people believe that in order to lose weight with cardio exercises you must be going at a steady pace for at least thirty minutes. Because of this misconception people just hop on a elliptical or treadmill machine and zone out at the tv. While working out you should challenge yourself, and stay focused on your body. Now I am not saying that treadmill or elliptical exercises are bad, I am just saying that if you are truly desirous of losing that belly then you need to work out with different levels of intensity. Just staring at a TV while leisurely doing your work out may not be cutting it.
There is a ton of abdominal fat exercises that you can do to reduce body fat. Be sure that you are constantly tricking your body into thinking it is doing something new. The truth is your body will get bored quickly with the same old routine, so make sure that you are doing a bunch of different exercises at different intensities.

Warm-up for 3-4 minutes at a fast walk or light jog
Interval 1 - run at 8.0 mi/hr for 1 minute
Interval 2 - walk at 4.0 mi/hr for 1.5 minutes
Interval 3 - run at 10.0 mi/hr for 1 minute
Interval 4 - walk at 4.0 mi/hr for 1.5 minutes
Repeat those 4 intervals 4 times for a very intense 20-minute workout.
Here are a few examples of abdominal fat exercises that you can try today.
· Renegade Dumbbell Rows – Start in the pushup position with each hand on one dumbbell and alternate raising each dumbbell to your chest. Do 5 sets of 5 or 3 sets of 8.
· Mountain Climbers – In the pushup position shuffle your feet in and out so that your knees go under your chest. Do these in intervals between 20 – 60 seconds and see if you can’t feel the burn.
· Front Squats – Kind of like doing a back squat except you rest the barbell on the front of your shoulders. It will take some time to learn how to stabilize the weight properly so ask for assistance. Try doing 5 sets of 5 or 3-4 sets of 8.
